Production Facilities :

We are very strong in producing any kind of Sweater of all categories like men’s, Ladies, kid’s etc. Our workers are very expert to handle all kinds of yarn like Cotton, Acrylic, Cashmere like, Wool, Chenille, Mohair like, Nylon, Viscose, Rayon and can produce any kind of complicated Sweater like pull over, cardigan etc. We are capable to produce any kind of Sweater item for Boy’s, Girls and for Kid’s also.

We believe in delivery of the best quality product at every stage of the production with utmost efforts from all side. To fulfill the expectations of our valued customers by highly trained staff who are fully equipped to ensure high quality control as per international standard. To maintain optimum quality we depends on using the strength of technology and very close supervision. That’s why we follow three stage quality control systems such as in line, pre-quality and final inspection. Our production floor are very wide and spacious having pure drinking water, proper fire exit , evacuate road way marking and fresh air way passing passage trough out south to north direction.

Machinery Facilities

Sewing and Other Machinery

Knit studio ltd has 200 pecs auto jacquard machines to produce all kinds jacquard styles. To conform to perfection, its Knit studio ltd has sewing machines of Pegasus, Brother with automatic thread cutting, trimming, sucking and other support devices. Including cutting, sewing, trimming, finishing and packaging. The entire garment section of Knit studio ltd has got all other facilities to ensure tailoring excellence minimizing wastage of fabrics and other resources.  It is now producing about 7500 pieces of Sweaters every day.

Knitting floor is under constant and continuous surveillance and quality monitoring.The apparel finishing section has steam press irons with vacuum tables and other machinery like metal detector from CINTEX and LOCK of UK. It has thread blowing, stain removing and carton box striping etc machinery and equipment as well.

Fire Detection System

Factory shade is fitted with a particularly addressable Fire/Smoke Detection System (CTec, UK) interconnected with 150 Smoke detector addresses, 4 Photo-electric Heat Detector addresses, audio-visual Fire Alarms and Manual Call Points.

The Fire Safety Officer desk includes the Fire Detection Panel, PA system and Security Camera Monitor (all connected to a dedicated back-up power source) for efficient safety system supervision.

Safety Training

All employees trained in fire fighting participate in a bi-monthly internal extensive training programme. All other employees receive monthly basic training. A Fire-drill training takes place once a month. All employees have recently been trained by Bureau Veritas, Fire-fighting department and Unilever BGMEA.

Fire Exits

The factory shade has 3 staircases – 1 main entrance-exit Staircase plus 2 International Standard External Fire-Exit Staircases bridged to the open to avoid them to fill out with smoke at any time for maximum safety.In addition to the 3 fire-exit staircases, the Main Production shade additionally has 2 Basket Ladders on either side of the building designed for safe decent. The ladders connect the 100% open roof to the ground and have access from each floor in between. Each floor has 2 Barred window doors with an internal release mechanism leading to the 2 Basket Ladders. The path to and the entire ladder itself is fenced with high quality steel for additional safety.

Knit studio ltd is fully fitted with Certified Fire Proof Doors. They are 100% smoke and heat proof, One hour fire resistant, outward opening, side swinging, not-lockable from either sides and fitted with Push-bars and Auto door-closets. Proper Aisle-Marks lead to each Exits. All Exits are highlighted by Exit Signs with emergency power back-up and Fire Grade Emergency Lights. Fire-Exit Doors Installed = 23/23

Electrical Safety

Knit studio ltd has passed the Electrical Safety Audit conducted by Bureau Veritas. Entire Electrical systems are maintained following best engineering practices.

Electrical diagrams are posted on to respective electrical boards and panels. Circuits are optimized for maximum efficiency.
